Media Agency Group is delighted to unveil one of its latest out of home advertising campaigns, teaming up with AMC to promote the upcoming new series of hit TV series “Fear the Walking Dead.”
Giant 48 sheet billboard space has been secured in central London to raise awareness of the show’s second series, which returns to AMC on Monday 22nd August at 9pm.
It’s one of several campaigns coordinated between Media Agency Group and the AMC network this summer, following previous outdoor ads promoting the network’s broadcasting of Star Trek: The Original Series (on CBS Action). MAG is also running a campaign for Horror Channel’s upcoming cinema ‘FrightFest,’ which takes place at Vue Shepherds Bush between 25th – 29th August.
Fear the Walking Dead is AMC’s critically-acclaimed post-apocalyptic horror drama, and is a prequel to the hugely popular “The Walking Dead.” It returns to AMC and AMC HD for a new 15-episode second series, with this out of home campaign generating excitement amongst the show’s loyal fanbase, and raising awareness of the drama in the capital.
Media Agency Group’s Managing Director, John Kehoe, said:
“MAG is thrilled to have teamed up with AMC this summer for several out of home advertising campaigns, and we’re particularly proud to be promoting one of the most talked-about TV shows of the year. Out of home ads are the ideal way to help generate hype around the new series of Fear the Walking Dead and we’re sure the campaign and second series will both be a huge success.”
