The role

We are looking for a talented Digital account manager to join our team. You will manage our client portfolio to help our clients improve their web presence.
As a Digital account manager, you should have solid experience in marketing with a customer service approach. You should also have a clear idea of how digital tools add value to company strategy and performance.
Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to business growth through creating and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

· Act as the point of contact for clients for digital management matters

· Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact

· Set digital strategies for your clients, considering their specific requirements

· Suggest, design and implement digital projects to increase customer ROMI

· Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner

· Report on web performance metrics

· Analyse digital campaigns success

· Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

Requirements

· Proven work experience as a Digital account manager

· Hands on experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software

· Experience of Google Adwords campaigns

· In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms

· Experience with client service and account management

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The role

The Head of Social Media is responsible for overseeing the creation, management and development of our clients social media campaigns and channels whilst also managing our Social Media team. This role coordinates with the internal Marketing and PR teams as well as Account Manager to support their respective missions, ensuring consistency in voice and cultivating a social media referral network. 

The position involves creating and delivering engaging & successful social campaigns, as well as evangelising and promoting a social framework through training throughout the company.

Required skills / experience

  • We are a hard-working, passionate and committed team. To join us, you will need to have:
  • Creative, diplomatic, cool under pressure and fantastic interpersonal skills
  •  Strong project management or organisational skills
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Digg, Youtube, Twitter, Flickr etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios
  • Knowledge of blogging ecosystem relevant to the client’s field
  • Experience leading projects to successful deployment

  • Typical duties

The role is fast-paced, challenging and rewarding. On a typical day you will be:

  • Maintain & update the social media strategy with a number of clients, coordinating with clients across the business to ensure its effectiveness and encouraging adoption of relevant social media techniques into the channels bespoke to each client.
  • Manage and support the Social Media Team, ensuring a superior quality of communication and project delivery
  • Plan social media campaigns, ensuring customer acquisition and supporting monetization
  • Develop and manage a program to effectively start and develop partnerships with identified high valued clients
  • Assist the Sales team in strategizing, defining and implementing social projects to meet client needs
  • Act as the advocate of adoption of social media within the Company, influencing overall site and business strategies
  • Develop analytics reports and collate data from Social Media staff reporting, presenting analysis of campaigns and trends to clients/team
  • Monitor trends in online community tools, trends and applications
  • Monitor the competition and be aware of market changes and developments

As a Media Agency Group Account Manager, you will be sourcing, delivering and managing media campaigns across a range of formats, both traditional and digital, for a variety of clients. You will be identifying and capitalising on media trends in order to deliver the most effective advertising campaigns which meet the client’s ideal target audience.

Required skills / experience

  • Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements and gain a thorough understanding of their target audience
  • Working with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client’s brief and budget
  • Presenting media proposals, including timings and cost breakdowns, helping clients to reach a final decision about their future advertising strategy
  • Handling budgets, managing campaigns and ensuring the smooth running of the advertising campaign
  • Monitoring and updating clients on the effectiveness of campaigns

The role

Your role will see you drive compelling campaigns, develop strong marketing strategies and design effective social media plans working with the social media team on our own internal channels.

You’ll be responsible for monitoring and analysing market trends - so get familiar with Google Analytics, Piwik and Adobe Analytics to help you stay on track with the latest marketing developments. These tools will also help you establish new marketing strategies and improve upon those already in place - something every marketing manager should become adept in.You’ll often find yourself reporting on key successes, areas for improvement and new ideas, both to your immediate colleagues as well as those outside of your team who may not have had any involvement in your campaigns. 

Required skills / experience

As a marketing manager, you will need to have excellent communication skills for the smooth running of day-to-day internal communications - be it via email, telephone or face-to-face meetings, where you will be communicating potential ideas and strategies to colleagues and getting to grips with new concepts.

You need good social media skills to enable you to engage with your target audience and design new strategies to grow your relationships with them.
