The role

We’re looking for a graduate with a strong background in content creation to join our growing digital team on a full-time permanent basis. Ideally we’re looking for someone with demonstrative experience of copywriting, Photoshop skills and a good understanding of the digital marketing and social media landscape.

The chosen candidate needs to be passionate about social media, be confident presenting proposals and strategies and ideally have experience of creating content for brands and businesses in a digital format.

Required skills / experience

We are a hard-working, passionate and committed team. To join us, you will need to have:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and time-management skills
  • Experience of working with Adobe Photoshop is essential
  • Strong knowledge and a passion for social media platforms and tools
  • The ability to create engaging content and identify relevant curated content for clients
  • A degree/background in a relevant area (eg. marketing, journalism, PR)
  • Experience of tools such as Hootsuite, Facebook Power Editor, Twitter Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager etc
  • Experience of social media management, advertising and analytics is desirable
  • A comfortable understanding and knowledge of social media marketing strategy
  • Creativity, the ability to multi-task, think outside the box and spot great opportunities to capitalise on through social media
  • An interest in marketing and media, and knowledge of the latest industry trends

Typical duties

As a Social Media Executive you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and content creation for a range of client social media channels.

You will work closely with the Social Media Manager and the rest of the digital team to create engaging, relevant content for all clients; including paid advertising campaigns and producing monthly reports and analysis.

You will be a naturally creative person who thrives on the challenge of sourcing and creating quality content for specific audiences and have your finger on the pulse when it comes to social media trends and the latest features.

TV Buying Specialist

The role

As a Media Agency Group TV Buying Specialist, you will be identifying the best mix of media channels to deliver an advertising message to a client’s ideal target audience. Using research data, you’ll be able to select the most effective channels for the client, work within an allocated budget and give the client’s product or service maximum exposure.

You’ll need to understand the deep and dynamic trading mechanisms across all TV including VOD. International TV market experience is preferable but not essential. A previous buying or trading position in TV or TV media sales is essential for this role.

Required skills / experience

  • Meeting clients to understand their advertising strategy and build up a picture about their target audience
  • Analysing and researching the target audience’s character, behaviour, purchasing habits and how they consume media
  • Maintaining contacts with media owners, ensuring statistics, circulation and viewing figures are up to date
  • Presenting media proposals, including timings and cost breakdowns, helping clients to reach a final decision about their future advertising strategy
  • Obtaining the best advertising rates that fit with the agreed media strategy
  • Monitoring and updating clients on the effectiveness of campaigns
