The role

We are looking for a talented Digital account manager to join our team. You will manage our client portfolio to help our clients improve their web presence.
As a Digital account manager, you should have solid experience in marketing with a customer service approach. You should also have a clear idea of how digital tools add value to company strategy and performance.
Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to business growth through creating and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

· Act as the point of contact for clients for digital management matters

· Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact

· Set digital strategies for your clients, considering their specific requirements

· Suggest, design and implement digital projects to increase customer ROMI

· Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner

· Report on web performance metrics

· Analyse digital campaigns success

· Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

Requirements

· Proven work experience as a Digital account manager

· Hands on experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software

· Experience of Google Adwords campaigns

As a Media Agency Group Account Manager, you will be sourcing, delivering and managing media campaigns across a range of formats, both traditional and digital, for a variety of clients. You will be identifying and capitalising on media trends in order to deliver the most effective advertising campaigns which meet the client’s ideal target audience.

Required skills / experience

Your role will see you drive compelling campaigns, develop strong marketing strategies and design effective social media plans working with the social media team on our own internal channels.

You’ll be responsible for monitoring and analysing market trends - so get familiar with Google Analytics, Piwik and Adobe Analytics to help you stay on track with the latest marketing developments. These tools will also help you establish new marketing strategies and improve upon those already in place - something every marketing manager should become adept in.You’ll often find yourself reporting on key successes, areas for improvement and new ideas, both to your immediate colleagues as well as those outside of your team who may not have had any involvement in your campaigns. 

Required skills / experience

As a marketing manager, you will need to have excellent communication skills for the smooth running of day-to-day internal communications - be it via email, telephone or face-to-face meetings, where you will be communicating potential ideas and strategies to colleagues and getting to grips with new concepts.

You need good social media skills to enable you to engage with your target audience and design new strategies to grow your relationships with them.

Reporting to the Head of Digital, you will not only be the front of the company but more importantly take part in shaping the new Digital Acquisition and Account Management team. Your core focus will be prospecting high potential sales leads for online media services/products. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with entrepreneurial mind, accountability and great business acumen to deliver quality prospects and step up to be a key element in this new and growing department.

You will help with:
